About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist, Kitchen Design to join our team at RONA. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when purchasing kitchen and bath products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their product requirements and provide expert advice on kitchen and bath products.
  • Use effective questioning and listening techniques to identify and qualify customer needs.
  • Provide detailed information on product features and benefits, and offer suggestions for alternative products or solutions.
  • Book appointments with customers for one-on-one consultations to discuss their kitchen and bath design needs.
  • Operate computer-aided design software to create custom kitchen and bath designs for customers.
  • Source products for customers and prepare special orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate specifications.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current promotions and events.
  • Resolve customer complaints and objections in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath products, including design trends and industry developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to operate computer-aided design software and other technical tools.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
