Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at India Paradise. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • English language proficiency
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
