Hotel Front Office Manager

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per yearJob DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Guest Services Manager at one of our luxurious hotels. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the front office operations, managing the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hotel's reception area, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and handling guest complaints or concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; secondary school graduation certificate acceptable if experience is equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or resort setting.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information are essential.
