Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team at Vintage Hotels.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Accommodate special requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations as needed.
- Check out guests regularly and maintain accurate records.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of room types, packages, and costs.
- Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform office duties such as preparing mail and handling cash transactions.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of front desk experience or similar experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation to Niagara on the Lake.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings.
