We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hotel executive housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our hotel.

Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

As an executive housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the activities of our housekeeping staff. You will ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, and that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, and for scheduling and assigning duties of housekeeping staff. Additionally, you will inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, and establish work schedules to meet the needs of our hotel.

You will work closely with other departments, including front desk, maintenance, and laundry, to ensure seamless operation of our hotel. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an executive housekeeper or in a related role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
