About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Engineer to join our team at Soucy. As an Equipment Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Define project requirements with stakeholders and plan all related activities.
  • Proposal Development: Draft proposals, budget, and present projects for approval.
  • Design and Development: Plan, coordinate, and approve designs. Research various components and make purchase requests.
  • Project Management: Manage subcontracting involved in the project. Oversee the implementation of the project in the plant.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments such as maintenance, production, commissioning, manufacturing engineering, etc.
  • Communication: Communicate project progress through dashboards, indicators, or during governance meetings.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure that the needs of internal or external clients are met and that they are satisfied with the proposed solution throughout the project.
