- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and methodologies.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production, and develop solutions to prevent future problems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure the safety, quality, and productivity of our processes and products.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems, and manufacturing principles.
- Language: Fluency in written and spoken French, with English as an asset.
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
