Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Canapro International Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
- Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
- Prepare and administer sales contracts
- Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
- College/CEGEP education
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Permanent full-time position
- 30-40 hours per week
- English language work environment
