Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Countryhills Auto Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing promotional materials, marketing business services, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement promotional materials to attract and retain customers
  • Market business services to increase sales and revenue
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Public transportation available
