Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Excel Training Academy Ontario Inc. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • You will be responsible for providing administrative support, including preparing minutes of meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • An ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
