Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2671859 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored in a secure and accessible manner.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve our retail operations.
- Store Operations: Authorize payments by cheque, authorize the return of merchandise, and ensure that all store operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
