Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Wing'n It - Halifax. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils to ensure a high level of sanitation and hygiene.
  • Offer wine and drink recommendations to customers, taking into account their preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a well-stocked bar, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Enforce liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring a safe and responsible drinking environment.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Take orders from serving staff and patrons, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of drinks.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Reliability, organization, and a positive attitude.
