Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Wing'n It - Halifax. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware
  • Offer wine recommendations and provide guidance on drink selections
  • Process payments and record beverage sales
  • Order and manage bar stock, ensuring inventory levels are maintained
  • Enforce liquor legislation and regulations
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff and patrons
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Excellent client focus, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities
  • Reliability and a positive attitude
