We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Wing'n It - Halifax. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons and ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware
  • Offer expert advice on wine selection and make recommendations on drink choices
  • Process payments for beverages and manage sales records
  • Order and manage bar stock, ensuring inventory levels are maintained
  • Enforce liquor legislation and regulations
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff and patrons
Requirements
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organized and reliable
  • Team player with a positive attitude
