Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Wing'n It - Halifax. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, equipment, and inventory.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper sanitation and handling of food and beverages.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a bartending or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
