Beverage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist/Bartender to join our team at Mystic Restaurants. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our beverage menu, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, including taking orders, preparing drinks, and presenting beverages in a clear and organized manner.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and ordering supplies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest beverage trends and techniques.
- At least 3 years of bartending/mixology experience in a similar environment.
- WSET certifications preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
