Job Title: Truck Driver-Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team at North Eastern Trucking Inc.

Job Summary:

The Truck Driver-Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance records
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with dispatchers to optimize routes and schedules
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
  • Develop and implement training programs for drivers
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:
