Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Operations Supervisor to join our team at North Eastern Trucking Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our trucking fleet, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of production and operation reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Training and Development: Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and operate control panels to ensure the smooth operation of equipment, and coordinate repairs and rentals as needed.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the ordering of necessary materials and supplies to ensure a smooth supply chain.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide recommendations for personnel to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office
  • Work Environment: Capable of working under pressure
  • Desired Qualities: Flexible and adaptable, highly organized, effective team player
