Job Summary:

The Truck Driver-Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance records
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with dispatchers and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Train and develop truck drivers to improve their skills and performance
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of driver hours, fuel consumption, and other relevant data
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a truck driver or in a supervisory role
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
