We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description

The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct performance reviews: Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and quality of service.
  • Organize and maintain inventory: Manage stock levels, track inventory, and optimize ordering procedures to minimize waste and excess.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide customer service: Deliver exceptional dining experiences, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations: Oversee daily activities, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions to drive business success.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Restaurant Operations Manager at THE HIMALAYA RESTAURANT, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment and Transportation

You will be working in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a team of 3-4 people. Public transportation is available nearby.
