About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Operations Specialist to join our team in Investor Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete daily deliverables with quality, adhering to company policies and procedures related to investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash management.
  • Strive to complete deliverables within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalating any client or deliverable issues as required.
  • Respond to client queries from various stakeholders, including investors, fund managers, and internal departments, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Perform allocated daily tasks, processes, and deliverables with precision and quality.
  • Participate in regular team check-in meetings and calls, sharing information, ideas, and supporting colleagues in a positive team culture.
  • Support management in department initiatives, projects, and risk mitigation efforts.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred or relevant experience.
  • Experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
  • Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities is an asset.
  • Existing client/customer service experience would be ideal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel.
