Director, Resident Experience and Digital

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of innovative digital experiences for our residential homeowners and employees. As Director, Resident Experience and Digital, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the overall resident experience, from project inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital experience strategy that aligns with Four Seasons' luxury brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver resident-focused digital experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Lead the implementation of digital solutions that improve resident engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Partner with Residential Operations, Property Management, and other stakeholders to gather input and leverage company-wide initiatives.
  • Drive the development of residential best practices, tools, and plans to support current and future needs of our properties.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business, Residential, Property Management, or Real Estate Hotel Management.
  • 8-10+ years of related experience and/or leadership operational roles in luxury hotel and residential projects.
  • Strategic, analytical, and strong business acumen.
  • Advanced understanding of property management and operations, as well as digital experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and facilitate meetings.

Key Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Motivated to work independently with a remote team. Self-starter and resourceful.
  • Ability to implement new policies and procedures better aligning organizational needs.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong focus on detail and accuracy.

Travel:

  • Approximately 45 days per year for completing assignments.

This role will be a Hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office.
