Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Project Coordinator to join our team at Skyservice. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance projects, including budgeting, planning, and scheduling;
  • Liaise with finance to ensure compliance with deposit schedules;
  • Act as primary point of contact for customers during maintenance projects;
  • Lead team meetings and collaborate with internal departments to provide timely project updates;
  • Review and validate final invoices for customer approval;
  • Analyze project performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Post-secondary diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or related field;
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in aviation;
  • Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;
  • AME license considered an asset;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Basic budgeting fundamentals an asset;
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, specifically Excel.
