Job Summary:

Skyservice is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Team Lead to oversee the maintenance of its aircraft fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring timely completion of maintenance projects, and maintaining the airworthiness of all aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of maintenance projects.
  • Ensure timely completion of all maintenance projects, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including ordering parts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving, taking a hands-on approach as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate logbook entries, work orders, and crew Passovers.
  • Ensure the airworthiness of all aircraft maintained by Skyservice FBO.
  • Flexible work schedule, including day, night, and evening shifts.
  • Assume all duties of the Coordinator in their absence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid Transport Canada M2 and/or M1 certification.
  • Knowledge of MCM and paperwork systems.
  • Ability to supervise a crew of maintenance employees.
  • Confident team player with demonstrated leadership capability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and possess excellent organizational skills.

Education:

  • Completed Aircraft Engineer College Program.
