Aircraft Maintenance Lead

Skyservice FBO seeks a seasoned Aircraft Maintenance Lead to oversee our team of skilled maintenance engineers.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of all aircraft maintained by Skyservice FBO. This includes leading a team of engineers, assigning tasks, and monitoring their work to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance, including experience with Transport Canada regulations and paper work systems. You will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve exceptional results.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will be an effective communicator, able to provide clear instructions and feedback to your team members. Your organizational skills will enable you to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
