Aircraft Maintenance Project Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Project Coordinator to join our team at Skyservice. In this role, you will be responsible for managing maintenance projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in aviation. You must have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Liaise with finance to ensure compliance with deposit schedules
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during maintenance projects, providing regular updates and ensuring delivery of deposit invoices
- Lead team meetings and collaborate with relevant departments to provide timely reports on project status
- Review, validate, and deliver final invoices to customers
- Perform post-project analysis and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or related field
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in aviation
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- AME license is considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Exceptional customer service aptitude with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Budgeting fundamentals and advanced computer skills in MS Office, specifically Excel

Salary Estimate:
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
