We are seeking a seasoned payroll consultant to join our elite Professional Services team in North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll application solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementations, conducting client workshops, gathering requirements, and providing conceptual design
  • Closely collaborate with right-shore teams to design and build complex working solutions for our clients
  • Develop strong client relationships and work closely with client stakeholders and business teams
  • Support pre-sales activities and work closely with product engineering teams to convey business wish lists and help grow a constantly evolving application product
  • Go-live, post-go-live, and escalation support
  • Analyze customer configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements
  • Advise partners on implementation methods to ensure customer success
  • Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies to ensure recommended best practices are implemented for our clients
  • Support in escalations to provide timely solutions
  • Participate in business process workshops and in the planning of process implementation to ensure quality HCM process models are adopted

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP); preference for professional certification level
  • At least 8 years of consulting experience in SuccessFactors/HCM
  • Experience with minimum of 3 full-cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
  • Ability to travel up to 100%
  • Good understanding of industry-specific business processes (if applicable)
  • Understands the business process hierarchy (L1-L4) and contributes to it
