About the Role

The District Manager will be responsible for leading a team of store directors and specialists to drive business growth, maximize profitability, and deliver exceptional client service in a district consisting of 8 stores. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement business plans to achieve company objectives and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate business opportunities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of store directors and specialists to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
  • Ensure all team members receive necessary training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales potential, control variable expenses, and increase profit.
  • Partner with corporate teams to ensure district needs are met and sales and profitability are maximized.
  • Take initiative to drive innovation and best practices within the district and share with the broader organization.
  • Embody and demonstrate Sephora values in all interactions with company personnel and external partners.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of multi-store management experience in a complex business environment or exceptional performance in a store director role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create high-performing teams and develop talent to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Compensation

The compensation for this role ranges between CAD $119,000 - $134,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
