About the Role

As a highly skilled and experienced leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our cabin crew members. As an In-Flight Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for motivating, informing, and coaching all crew members on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire confidence while developing a professional and individual connection with each team member
  • Proactively give recognition
  • Communicate constructive and authentic feedback to team members, fostering trust
  • Accompany and contribute to the development of flight attendant team members, motivating them to reach and exceed expected performance levels
  • Investigate disciplinary/administrative cases, attend meetings, and take appropriate actions and measures (in collaboration with Labour Relation Advisors)
  • Participate in the hiring process for cabin crew members
  • Represent the employer on local committees (Health and Safety, service, uniform, etc.)
  • Conduct regular and sporadic operational visits to validate compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations, occupational health and safety, and service standards
  • Review and act upon various reports (performance, attendance, expense reports, KPIs) of your flight attendant team
  • Participate in emergency response planning and support operations and cabin crew in irregular and/or emergency situations
Requirements
  • College Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership position
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Flight Attendant
  • 2 years of experience in employee management/supervision in a unionized environment (an important asset)
  • Ability and experience with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Excellent oral and written French and English
  • Flexible schedule and irregular hours are an integral part of the job (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Willingness to travel internationally using a valid Canadian passport
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport restricted area identification card
  • Successfully complete the initial cabin crew training
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
