About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team at TD Bank. As a Financial Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in financial services, providing advice and guidance to customers on a range of financial products and services.
  • Conduct financial reviews and provide recommendations to customers based on their individual financial circumstances.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions to provide informed advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a financial services role.
  • IFIC or CSC certification.
  • CFSA certification to be completed upon hire.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
