About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team at TD Bank. As a Financial Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in financial services, providing advice and guidance to customers on a range of financial products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies, and participate in performance management and development activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a financial services role.
  • IFIC or CSC certification.
  • CFSA certification to be completed upon hire.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
