About the Role

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a medium to large-sized branch/team, providing expert knowledge in process management and risk assessment, and managing workforce risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide the team towards achieving objectives, develop team skills to align with business demands, and provide performance feedback, address challenges, and foster a diverse workforce.
  • Lead a team of professionals to enhance customer and colleague experiences, lead, coach, and develop the team on service, product, and sales strategies to boost overall customer confidence.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and represent the Bank positively in the community, communicate and align branch strategies with the overall Bank, and develop and implement service strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Manage budget and revenue while promoting operational excellence, identify customer needs and build relationships with referral sources, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, manage risks effectively.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of relevant experience, specific courses.
  • Expert knowledge in process management and risk assessment, ability to manage workforce risk, and regular contact with cross-functional teams and external contacts.
