International Powersports Service Consultant

We are looking for a knowledgeable service consultant to become part of our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of enhancing mobility through passion and innovation. PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Act as a primary service consultant for BRP, delivering expert guidance on a global scale, conducting diagnostics, and swiftly addressing dealer inquiries with an emphasis on high-quality service.
  • Offer technical assistance to dealership technicians and collaborate with other departments, including warranty and customer support.
  • Advise dealers on optimal practices concerning BRP policies and procedures.
  • Actively mentor and support partners and dealers on technical issues while fostering strong dealer relationships.
  • Represent BRP at various events and play a role in the ongoing enhancement of support services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical degree or equivalent certification in powersports, automotive, marine, or small engine mechanics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a powersports dealership or a comparable setting with robust mechanical expertise.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and possessing a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
  • Strong communication abilities and adaptability to various situations and individuals in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in both English and French.
