We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's labour relations and employee relations initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective labour relations strategies to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on labour relations, performance management, talent management, change management, and employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address labour relations and employee relations concerns.
- Monitor and analyze labour relations trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employee representatives and labour unions.
- Provide coaching and training to managers and employees on labour relations and employee relations best practices.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on labour relations and employee relations matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in labour relations or employee relations.
- Excellent knowledge of employment and human resources legislation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
