Full-Time Bilingual Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual receptionist and administrative assistant to join our team at Car-On Auto Sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Handle phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as vehicle licensing and other duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with staff to maintain organized and accurate records.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (French/English) abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective phone handling capabilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
