About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for evaluating domestic and international transcripts, assessing qualifications, and processing admissions applications. Your ability to work effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, will be crucial to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate domestic and international transcripts to determine eligibility for admission;
  • Assess qualifications and supporting documents to ensure compliance with university admission criteria;
  • Process admissions applications in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, agencies, and external partners;
  • Collaborate with the Office of the Registrar and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement effective admissions strategies;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of two years' experience working in an administrative or clerical capacity within a culturally diverse and/or fast-paced global environment;
  • Strong knowledge of admissions policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings to support business needs;
Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive salary range for similar positions in the industry.
