Training and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Manager to join our team at Olympia Transportation Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Employee Development: Identify areas for employee development and create personalized training plans to help them achieve their career goals.
- Performance Management: Work with employees to set performance goals and objectives, and provide coaching and feedback to help them achieve success.
- Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to employees, either in-person or virtually, and ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
- Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as HR and Operations, to ensure that training programs are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Education, Training and Development, or Human Resources.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a training and development role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
