Training and Development Manager

Olympia Transportation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing the classification and rating of occupations.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Budget Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Occupation Classification: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate representation.
- Recruitment Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Staff Consultation: Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong judgment and organizational skills, are essential for success in this role.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
