About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Pet Valu. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Store Operations: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
