Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Merchandising: Order merchandise and authorize returns, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all security and safety protocols are followed, including conducting regular checks and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.
