  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player
