Humber River Health is seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Operating Room, Surgical Program.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Operating Room. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, including scrubbing duties and functioning as part of the surgical team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current skills and knowledge.
- Graduate from a recognized Registered Practical Nursing two-year diploma program.
- Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Operating Room Certificate required and 2 years recent operating room experience preferred.
