Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at AKSHAY INTERPRISE CORP.
Job Summary:The Hotel Managing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This includes coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of the hotel.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload.
- Stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Work in a team environment and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, and organized.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing situations.
- Interpersonal awareness and judgement to make informed decisions.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
