Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and help drive our growth strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead-generation strategies, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and paid media campaigns, to drive high-quality leads for our sales team.
  • Product Marketing: Assist in developing product positioning, messaging, and collateral that differentiates our solutions in the market.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events) to increase brand visibility and engagement. Track and analyze the performance of these campaigns to optimize results.
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, and videos, aligning with our brand voice and mission.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of online and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences.
  • Marketing Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, campaign performance) to inform data-driven decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, product marketing, and multi-channel marketing (digital and traditional).
  • Experience working in a startup environment is an asset.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
