We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President to join our team at IG Wealth Management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of advisors in your region.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to motivate and develop their team. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of advisors in your region to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to advisors to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement
- University degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance
