About the Role

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and generating offers based on customers' technical and commercial specifications and requirements.

Support the sales teams and agents with offers, technical and commercial support. Oversees and leads day-to-day activities in a specific territory with the goal to maintain and expand the customer base and order intake.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze technical and commercial specifications;
  • Generate technical and commercial proposals based on customer technical specifications in accordance with company policies;
  • Coordinate activities in the territory of responsibility including quotes monitoring, follow-ups, and contract management;
  • Support the sales team with customer management and business development;
  • Achieve company sales and profitability goals by contributing with strategic information and recommendations;
  • Develop and suggest action plans to increase efficiency of the inside sales department;
  • Aggressive follow-up of key target projects (KTP) and open quotes;
  • Support in the planning, organizing, and participating in conferences and trade shows;
  • Support the Sales team in preparing and proposing regional strategies and action plans;
  • Identify market trends including pricing and competitor behavior;
  • Report as required and win-loss analysis;
  • Help customers and agents as required;
  • Reports generation as required;
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Technician or Engineering degree is desirable;
  • A minimum of 1 year of technical and/or commercial experience in technical sales, inside sales, or marketing;
  • Self-motivated individual;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Fluent in French and advanced English communication skills;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to successfully interact with external customers and staff within the organization;
  • Proficiency using personal computers and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows is required;
  • Building relationships;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Results-driven;
  • SAP knowledge is a plus;
  • Ability to travel as required (no more than 5% of the time).
