Job Title: Area Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager at Just Sales Jobs, you will be responsible for selling labeling automation equipment, coding, and marking solutions to various industries, including food and beverage, transportation, and pharmaceutical. This sales position is a player-coach role, requiring both individual contributor and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing accounts and develop new clients in the Toronto East End and Durham region.
  • Lead a team of two salespeople and three service technicians, providing sales support, leadership, and product training.
  • Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to organize and track multiple sources of information and data to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate activities with other sales members to maximize sales and introduce new products to the sales team.
  • Develop strategies to keep current accounts vital and growing in sales of the product line.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of sales experience.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience selling packaging, labeling, and coding-type equipment and consumables.
  • Leadership experience an asset.
  • Knowledge of various industries and applications in packaging.
  • French bilingualism an asset.
Technical Skills:
  • Excel - Intermediate.
  • Salesforce.com CRM - Intermediate.
  • Laser coding & marking systems.
