Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Crystal Clean Maintenance Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and prepare project reports, highlighting key milestones and achievements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
