About the Role

At Colliers Project Leaders, we're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering capital projects that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the single point of contact throughout the project.
  • Lead clients through the project lifecycle, from set-up to completion.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of programs, balancing technical, commercial, and financial success.
  • Collaborate with local community leaders to deliver world-class facilities that improve the quality of life in communities across Canada.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project resources.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, representing owners to multiple stakeholders in the delivery of projects of varying size and scope.
  • Experience in public sector projects is an asset.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, architecture, planning, project management, or construction management, or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of various types of construction methodologies, project management models, and financial management.
  • Effective leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to influence others and resolve client, project, and technical issues.
