Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple project teams and manage a portfolio of large-scale building and infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with project team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Develop and implement project quality management plans to ensure high-quality project delivery
  • Ensure project close-out activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage project budgets and finances
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project team members, stakeholders, and clients
